I designed You at Your Best to be a holistic learning and development trajectory that is engaging but also produces marked improvement in servant leadership skills. It fulfills clients' requirement of wanting immediate leadership behavior change but also have participants feel happy and motivated to attend while working on those changes.

The program consists of workshops, 1:1 coaching, personal drives assessments, and 360-degree feedbacks.
The interactive and practical sessions encourage collaborative learning and provide a platform for participants to share experiences and insights. While the 1:1 sessions offer tailored support to address individual leadership challenges and goals.

what to expect

Program Outline

We focus on emotional intelligence, change capability, stakeholder management, team coaching, and financial acumen.

Change capability being a hot topic, we cover the personal and corporate change process, change leadership styles, and resistance management.

Ongoing evaluation is at the forefront of the You at Your Best program. These evaluations ensure that progress remains in line with the original objective(s). It also ensures the flexibility needed to adapt and refine the program to further align with the organization and meet any changing needs.

Facilitator

Drs. Roxanne de Leeuw is one of a hand-picked group of professionals I work with for the You at Your Best program. We make sure that your facilitators are not only subject matter experts, but that they have extensive and varied executive experience and have walked their talk.

Customization of the program to each client is a basic requirement for us. We pride ourselves on delivering immediate adoption and application of learned skills, enhanced leadership adaptability and versatility, improved decision-making, and ultimately, long-term leadership growth. To do this there are certain aspects that must be tailored to the participants.

Content - Our building blocks are always the same but based on discussions with management and HR we adjust our delivery and add to the content.
Location - We analyze the company culture to determine the most appropriate and impactful location.
Group structure - Based on the culture and current issues the company is facing, we decide together on either mixed or homogeneous groups.
Instruction language - We can accommodate English, Dutch, Spanish, and Papiamento.
Length of the program - We recommend a minimum of 6 months up to a maximum of 12. The ultimate decision depends on company history with trainings, custom content to cover, and current developmental stage of the participants.

Through interviews we will analyze the organization's vision, culture, challenges, and objectives. Intake sessions with the participants will determine coaching goals.
